We are the "data controller" of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy applies to the LetGo mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and to any related websites or services we operate. It does not apply to third-party services or websites that LetGo may link to — their own policies govern those.
Because some of these inputs relate to your mental wellbeing (mood, anxiety, sleep), we treat them with extra care. Where this information qualifies as a "special category" of data under GDPR, we process it only with your explicit consent and only to personalize your in-app experience.
We do not buy personal data from data brokers. The app does not access your contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, location, or other apps on your device unless you explicitly grant a permission for a specific feature, and we do not access those permissions in the background.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
If LetGo is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When we transfer your data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

LetGo is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact advitsolutionsro@gmail.com and we will delete it without undue delay.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to delete it, to correct inaccuracies, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law — generally within one month under GDPR.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access to internal systems, secure password hashing, and reputable cloud infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you opt in to push notifications, we send the reminders you set up in the app. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
LETGO PRO subscriptions are processed by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play), depending on your device. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the payment itself, and we do not see or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state on our side.
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then through your Apple or Google account. Cancellation, refund, and renewal policies are governed by Apple and Google for the relevant store.
LetGo is a mobile application and does not use cookies in the traditional web sense. We may use device identifiers, local on-device storage, and SDK-level identifiers (including advertising identifiers, only when you have permitted them via Apple's App Tracking Transparency or your Android settings) for analytics, crash reporting, and subscription management. You can reset or limit these identifiers in your device settings.
On iOS, if we or any of our SDKs would otherwise track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising, you will see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and you can decline. LetGo does not currently use SDKs that track you across other apps for advertising purposes. If this changes, we will update this policy and request your consent through the system prompt.
LetGo does not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals, because the app is a mobile application and DNT is a web browser setting. We respect platform-level tracking preferences (Apple ATT, Android advertising-ID reset and opt-out) as described above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of LetGo after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
